The covering ply is constructed of Japanese Hinoki, supplemented with a middle layer of Koto. A Dotec mesh lies between the Japanese Hinoki and the middle Koto layer. The core consists of 5.0 mm Dotec-Balsa.

Playing Characteristics:
The insertion of the legendary Japanese Hinoki wood, in combination with Balsa and Koto plies, has been a unique advance by DONIC Dotec technology. The finished product is an offensive blade for players of every ability, with top speed and fantastic feel in every playing situation.

Used with Copra X1 turbo platin F/H and Copra X2 platin soft ..2mm Very happy with it has great feel with the grip cork handle which seems to have improved my touch and feel. As the reviews have stated great short game and defence. Has a lot more control then I thought, better than my old bat. With correct technique has a good offense special on serves. The catapult effect is great once you get used to it. Not as spiny as I thought but this could be down to my poor technique, I trend to have a lazy wrist. I will be interested in how it plays against full on spin player , but hoping the softer rubber will provide more control on return by cushioning the ball.

HELLO EVERYBODY , I WAS PREVIOUSLY USING BUTTERFLY KLAMPER TEMCA 5000 CARBON WHICH WAS VERY FAST . I HAVE ALSO PLAYED WITH KREANGA AND TIBHAR RAPID CARBON BUT AFTER I PLAYED WITH DONIC PERSSON DOTEC OFF , I AM STILL PLAYING WITH THIS BLADE AND IN COMBINATION WITH DONIC COPPA X 3 SILVER ON BOTH SIDES , LIGHTEST COMBINATION AND THE MOST CONTROLLED COMBINATION EVER. JUST IGNORE IF THE HANDLE STYLE BOTHER YOU , THE WOOD IS THE ROCKET AND THE HANDLE IS THE REMOTE . IT WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN AFTER ONE WEEK OF PRACTICE .
