This is the user agreement for the use of the services provided by One of a Kind Trading. If you are not in agreement with the terms and conditions outline as part of this agreement, please do not access our services.

One of a Kind Trading reserves the right to change this agreement at any time with its terms effective immediately as they are posted on the site.

One of a Kind Trading goes through great effort to make sure the descriptions and any other content of this site are accurate, however we do no warrant that the descriptions or any other content is accurate, complete, current or error-free, nor do we accept any responsibility for incorrectness of these listings.

One of a Kind Trading provides no warranty outside of the manufacturer product warranty.

One of a Kind Trading disclaim all and any liability to readers and advertisers of any kind for loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with our site, services, products, or this agreement. Any recourse is unavailable to any advertisers or readers in this event.

All brand names, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above, and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

The service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or other reasons. One of a Kind Trading makes no warranty that the service will meet the user's requirements, that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, error free, or completely secure from the possibility of malicious attack.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. One of a Kind Trading reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

All items purchased from One of a Kind Trading are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Loss or theft of shipment is extremely rare in Australia, but we cannot guarantee the delivery.

The purchase of products through One of a Kind Trading is available only to users who can form a legally binding contract under applicable law. One of a Kind Trading may be used only for lawful purposes.

Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused.
